Refund Policy

 

Returns
 

Our return policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. If more than 2 days have passed, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.

If you refuse to accept a delivery (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery), you will be charged both forward and return shipping fees along with a 10% cancellation charge on the total order value.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Important Note:

 

If the outer packaging is damaged or crushed upon delivery, do not accept the shipment. Clearly mention "Package Damaged" on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and return it. Accepting a damaged parcel voids any eligibility for refund or return.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages caused by courier or delivery partners.

Products received with a tampered box or physical damage must be supported by an unboxing video from start to finish. Without such proof, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.

Minor dents or tears on the outer product box that do not affect the product itself will not be considered for return, refund, or replacement.

Manufacturing defects or issues present at the time of unboxing are not covered under our return or refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items


 Several product categories are non-returnable:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Books with clear signs of use

 Returns are only accepted with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.

 Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued under specific conditions such as:

  • Returned items not in their original condition

  • Items with missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned beyond 30 days from delivery

Order Cancellation Policy

 

 All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and must be communicated directly via   WhatsApp at +91 9477011598.

  • A 30% processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations.

  • If the cancellation request is made after the order is dispatched, forward and return shipping charges will also be deducted.

Order Modifications & Replacements

 

 Any change in the order or request for a replacement must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and       communicated via WhatsApp.

  • Replacement must be for a product of equal value.

  • If the new product is of a different value, the original order will be cancelled and refunded (after applicable deductions), and the customer must place a new order.

Mistaken Orders

 

 If you mistakenly place an order, notify us immediately. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.

 If someone in your household places an order using your card, UPI, or payment method without your knowledge  and  you refuse delivery, forward and return shipping charges plus 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received in proper condition. Deductions may apply if the returned product is damaged or incomplete.

Pre-Order Policy

  • All pre-orders require a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD). This is not the final product price and will be adjusted against the final payment.

  • Pre-order cancellations will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Any shipping charges paid during pre-order will be adjusted in the final invoice.

  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is subject to change as per the manufacturer's or distributor’s timeline. Updates will be provided on our official social media channels.

 

Refund Delays (if applicable)

 

 If your refund has not been received:

  1. Re-check your bank account or card statement.

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank, as refund processing times vary.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at storeanime97@gmail.com.

 

Sale Items

 

 Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale and pre-order items are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
