Shipping Methods & Coverage
We currently offer air and road freight delivery within India only. Orders placed from outside India are not accepted at this time. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and scale of the product.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours, subject to product availability and order volume.
Estimated delivery time ranges between 7 to 14 working days, depending on the destination and stock status.
You will be notified of shipping status and estimated delivery time via email or WhatsApp.
No shipments are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free delivery is available on all orders above ₹1500.
For orders below ₹1500, standard shipping charges apply.
Tracking Information
A tracking ID or link will be shared with you once your order has been shipped.
Important Shipping & Return Policies
Order Refusal or Non-Acceptance
If an order is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, the buyer will be liable for both forward and return shipping charges and an additional 10% penalty on the total order value.
In such cases, if the customer does not complete payment for the next shipping attempt, the order will be treated as cancelled.
A 70% refund of the product value will be processed (excluding shipping). Advance payments for pre-order items are non-refundable. Remaining refundable amounts (if any) will be processed within 3–4 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available.

However, customers located near our store may opt for COD, but must collect the product in person.
Pre-Order Items
Payments made for pre-order items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Delivery & Liability
We are not responsible for delivery issues in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery to office addresses where the recipient is unavailable or the office is closed.

Delays due to national holidays, courier delays, or other uncontrollable events.
Loss, damage, or theft during transit caused by courier or third-party mishandling.
Damaged Shipments

Any visible damage to the outer packaging must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receiving the parcel.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the shipment.
Failure to report visible damage at delivery will result in loss of eligibility for claims, and we will not be liable for damages.
Faulty or Defective Products

In cases of manufacturing defects, Action Figure Online is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers must return the item using a trusted courier service with a valid tracking number.
For any claims of damage or defect, a complete unboxing video must be submitted.
Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
